Under the official furlough directives, Dallas City Hall will be completely closed to the public, along with all municipal library locations, public recreation centers, aquatic facilities and city owned golf courses. Essential administrative desks, including code compliance offices and the main water service payment window at City Hall, will suspend face to face operations.
