Valentines On a Budget — Last Minute Ideas

Valentines On a Budget — Last Minute Ideas

What another night at a restaurant would normally cost you a decent price, on Valentine’s, the menu triples in price! So if you are tight on budget, here are 5 things you can do that won’t break the bank:

1.Opt for a picnic instead of a fancy restaurant. If you are gifted to live in Southern California, where the weather is nice in the middle of February, take advantage. Try a romantic picnic on the beach or in a nice park. Get your favorite blanket and meal and have a romantic sunset dinner. If it’s too cold to actually go outside, throw down a blanket and have a romantic picnic in your bedroom, why not?

2. Go bowling! A good indoor alternative is to go bowling. Some bowling alleys have cute Valentine’s Day packages to make your game extra special.

3. Movie marathon. For the movie lovers who don’t even want to leave the house, doing a movie marathon with some gourmet pizza and wine can be the best plan!

4. Ice skating is the perfect activity throughout winter, and a great way to celebrate Valentine’s Day while working out.

5. Do an online Yoga class. Another way to warm up the body and opening the chakras is by doing yoga. Break a sweat and indulge in extra sweets afterwards. After all, it is Valentine’s Day.
