Cast and Voice Actors

After a look into the new trailer of The Witcher: Nightmare of the wolf, you can see new characters that would be joining the journey. If you’re wondering who they are, and who the voice actors are then here’s a little background into it.

Vesemir – Theo James

The voice actor behind the main protagonist Vesemir is none other than Theo James, known for his roles as Tobias “Four” Eaton, in the hit film trilogy Divergent. He has also voiced Hector, a character from the hit anime series Castlevania, that was also inspired by it’s video game series. With all his experience in voice acting, he definitely is the perfect voice cast for Vesemir.

Tetra – Lara Pulver

Tetra is a powerful sorceress that tries to maintain peace and balance, and prevent the abuse of magic. Although living in the witcher world makes it hard to achieve all that. She will be joining Vesemir alongside the journey.

English actress Lara Pulver, who played as Irene Adler on BBC’s adaptation of Sherlock will be the voice actress for Tetra.

Lady Zerbst – Mary Mcdonne

A noblewoman that inherited her husband’s seat on the king’s council after his death. She soon became one of the trusted advisors.

The two-time Oscar-nominated actress, Mary Mcdonnel, known for her role in the cult classic film Donnie Darko will voice Lady Zerbst.

Deglan – Graham Mctavish

Deglan is a tough warrior raised in Skellige that is admired by most of his witcher peers. He will play a major role on how Vesemir became a highly skilled witcher.

Similar to Theo, Graham Mctavish also played a part in Netflix’s hit anime series Castlevania, where he was the voice actor for Dracula, and will now voice Deglan. He is the only cast member that is set to appear in the second season of The Witcher’s live action series, taking on the role of Dijkstra.
