Everyone has been talking about the rumors surrounding Peso Pluma and Nicki Nicole’s relationship. While the Mexican singer is widely known in North America and around the world, Nicki has also made a name for herself in the Latin urban music industry.
Who is Nicki Nicole?
Nicki Nicole is an Argentine rapper and singer, born on August 25th, 2000, in Rosario, Santa Fe. From an early age, she showed interest in music and followed an orientation in art while in high school.

While studying, she learned to appreciate music, cinema, journalism, and audiovisual production. She used to go to rap battles where her friends participated, but she didn’t dare to do so. She liked to practice freestyle but was afraid to get on stage as she enjoyed writing songs.
But, in 2019, everything changed. After being discovered on Instagram, she gained popularity with her single “Wapo Traketero,” racking up millions of views on YouTube shortly after sharing the song.

In the same year, and while she was still pretty much unknown in the industry, Nicki Nicole collaborated with Bizarrap on the #13 Session, which became an enormous success. Her session has over 200 million views on YouTube and is one of the most streamed to date.
She then went on to release one hit after another, including “Colocao,” “Mamichula,” and “Mala Vida.” She released her debut album Recuerdos on November 8th, 2019, produced by Bizarrap and boasting collaborations with fellow Argentine rappers Cazzu and Duki.

She has also collaborated with other famous artists such as Trueno, Rauw Alejandro, Tiago PZK, Nathy Peluso, and Aitana, among many others. Her music has found great success on Spotify, with her songs soaring up the charts; her song “Mala Vida” reached the top 50 in Argentina, Chile, and Uruguay.
Nicki Nicole has also made appearances on popular TV shows such as The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, performing “Wapo traketero” and “Don’t touch mi Naik” with Lunay, and NPR’s Tiny Desk, becoming the fifth Argentinian artist to take part in these sessions. She has also toured extensively throughout Latin America and Europe, including performing at the prestigious Montreux Jazz Festival in Switzerland.

Before her relationship with Peso Pluma, Nicki Nicole had been dating Trueno, another Argentine rapper. Their relationship was a fan favorite in Argentina, with the artists even announcing their engagement at a very early age. However, they broke up in 2022. She then released her third album Alma, containing the single “No Voy A Llorar,” in which she talks about heartbreak and the end of an impossible relationship.

Nicki Nicole’s relationship with Peso Pluma has caused quite a stir with both of the artists’ fans. The two met during their collaboration for the “Por Las Noches Remix” and have since been seen together on multiple occasions. Rumors of a possible relationship started blooming after they were seen together at Disneyland Paris. Ever since that moment, they have been leaving romantic comments on each other’s social media accounts.
While Peso Pluma and Nicki Nicole are both busy with their respective careers, they try to make time for each other. The pair have been spotted on outings together, such as Peso Pluma accompanying Nicki to watch her favorite soccer team in Rosario. He even gave her a large flower altar on her birthday and mentioned having a girlfriend during a recent interview, making fans think he has confirmed the relationship.
