LATV + Entravision Partnership: A Huge Win for the Community

The news is out! As a Minority-Owned Latino content hub, we’re excited to announce our partnership with global digital marketing powerhouse Entravision to fuel expansion and innovation.
Both Entravision and Latino Alternative TV have legacies spanning decades as media entities representing, targeting, and empowering Latinos. While Latinos continue to be underrepresented in Hollywood, minority-operated media companies have established themselves as vital resources in maintaining and growing the Latino talent pipeline. The joint collaboration of two pillars in the Latino media landscape will benefit our community by providing audiences greater access to desperately needed Latino-led content.
This newfound partnership with Entravision is aimed at accelerating the growth of LATV to address the astronomical demand for authentic and engaging content that accurately represents Latinos. Inclusive original programming by LATV set to reach a wider audience includes season two of Afro-Latino powered series Blacktinidad, season ten of Latina empowerment series Get it Girl, and season eight the award-winning LGBTQ+ series, The Q Agenda, among many others.
Along with these fan-favorite series, LATV will premiere a slate of new series across their linear TV, digital and streaming distribution including live music series Freequency, which is hosted by, and features the music of Austin Brown from the Jackson family music dynasty, Quest to Qatar, an all-new series following the excitement of this fall’s World Cup tournament (premiering November 11th at 9:30pm ET), as well as specials surrounding Hispanic Heritage Month, the Latin GRAMMYs, and the Holidays.
LATV is led by two Latino creatives.
The collaboration with Entravision is one of a series of initiatives Andres Palencia (CEO) and Bruno Seros-Ulloa (President) have aggressively pursued since taking leadership of the company in the Summer of 2019, which has resulted in the most successful period of LATV’s 15 year history. Palencia and Seros-Ulloa, who both began their careers in entertainment as interns at LATV, have since grown LATV into the leading destination representing and elevating genuine content created by bilingual 1st, 2nd, and 3rd gen Latinos through television, digital publishing and streaming. They credit much of the success of LATV to their creative and content-first approach powered by the genuine expression of their creator community that mirrors the influential bilingual audience they represent.
