Latino NBA Legend Manu Ginobili Takes Up Cycling

Manu Ginobili is arguably one of the greatest, if not the greatest, Latino NBA players of all time. Originally hailing from Bahia Blanca, Argentina, Ginobili spent the entirety of his career at San Antonio’s, Spurs franchise under the tutelage and watchful eye of another great, coach Greg Popovich.
However, it is not the hardwood that Manu has been sweating on these days but rather, the open road. After a ‘long Summer’ Manu has taken to social media to share his new found fervor for cycling —Yes, the Lance Armstrong-tight shorts kind. The Argentinian All-star has been laying rubber to the road in his beloved city of San Antonio all Summer, exploring the hidden trails and mountain ranges that make-up the city’s south-western terrain. Rumors tracing back to his twitter @manuginobili indicate the possibility Argentinian Bike Club is in the works.
With all of his success and championships in the NBA now years behind him, it seems as though ‘El Corazón’ can’t quit the grind. Close friend and Latino ESPN-Basketball analyst, Fabricio Roberto has been along for the ride as well. His twitter @obricio7 is full of cycling-selfies and photos with himself and NBA legend, Manu Ginobili.
Cant wait to see where these two legends take their passion.
