L.A.Tinas’ – The Latina Version of ‘Sex and the City’

It’s happening, mi gente! Hollywood is slowly but surely moving away from the stereotypical stories about Latinos in the U.S. 

The proof is in the pudding, as they say – HBO Max Pa’lante! & WarnerMedia OneFifty announce Pa’lante! Promise, which is focused on curating, developing and investing in bold, innovative, and compelling storytelling. The Pa’lante! Promise is committed to elevating and supporting the OneFifty selected series, films, shorts, and podcasts that are authentic, have strong cultural aesthetic, speak to Latino’s ambi-cultural identity, and feature Latinos in front of and behind the scenes.

One of the winning projects was L.A.TINAS, created by LATV’s very own Maria Brasero, who, by the way, is going to the Sundance Film Festival to present her project along with the three other winners!
