Diverse Line-Up of Music Artists Shine At Lightning In A Bottle 2023

It was one of the best all time Lightning in a Bottle festivals of all time. It was that time of year to where one of the most transformational festivals of the summer season brought revelers of all kinds underneath the California sun. This year’s festival was back for it’s 20th Anniversary with the event taking place in Lake Buena Vista, California and features incredible workshops, speakers, yoga and music acts – including Latin artists like Ozomatli, El Papachango, Layla Benitez and more. Here are some of the moments captured, courtesy of our friends at Lightning in a Bottle:

Leading the rest of the amazing musical lineup was REZZ, Sofi Tukker, and Zhu, who headline LiB’s Lightning stage along with Phantogram, Tobe Nwigwe, 070 Shake, and Caribou. The Thunder stage will host its own headliners Liquid Stranger, LSDream, Tokimonsta and The Glitch Mob, along with LTJ Bukem with Armanna, Meute, Deathpact and more. On the house and techno oriented Woogie Stage hosted Tale Of Us, Diplo, Ben Böhmer, Purple Disco Machine, LP Giobbi, Blond:ish and a crew of other artists. Longtime LiB artists including David Starfire, Dimond Saints, and previous guests from LATV’s The Zoo is William Close & The Earth Harp and El Papachango. Layla Benitez – She is an Afro House DJ and producer, born and raised in New York City of Puerto Rican and British descent. Her sound is as diverse as it is radically distinctive, delivering a freshly curated narrative flow to her audience. Layla has an admiration for classic and cutting-edge melodies that she bridges together in reimagined ways.

Along with the music, the five-day camping fest included vibey experiences including Interactive yoga and movement classes, talks and workshops, games, races, an 80s prom and other special events.

Lightning in a Bottle takes place in Lake Buena Vista, CA Memorial Day Week. For event and ticket info on 2024 visit: www.libfestival.org/tickets
