If y’all are watching Selena: The Series on Netflix, then you might have been surprised to find out this little gem…Episode 6 shows a quick scene of Queen B herself in the early ’90s randomly running into Selena at the mall…

Now, I bet you’re asking yourself, “Did this really happen?” or “Did it really go down like that?” They’re the questions we are all asking! And here’s your answer: YES! It definitely did happen! In a MTV Tr3s interview in 2007, Beyonce talks about the VERY brief encounter with the superstar.

“I did actually meet Selena in The Galleria Mall in Houston, but I didn’t say much to [her] because I wasn’t a celebrity… I just saw her and said hello and kept it moving.”

I honestly can’t imagine BEYONCE being starstruck by anyone.
