Atlanta’ Season 3 will be filmed in Europe

Atlanta season 3 beings filming in London of all places this spring. There’s no Atlanta season three release date yet, but at least we know the plans are made. According to Deadline, Donald Glover, his brother, and the rest of the production will take off to Europe where they will film the conclusion of the series. That’s right not just one season, but Atlanta on FX season 4 will also tape in Europe starting in London then heading to Amsterdam and Paris. 

According to reports, the series will conclude with season 4 which has already been written. The long hiatus on filming had to do with Glover’s busy schedule including his album in 2020 and that lovely film he did with Rihanna titled “Guava Island,” and not to mention Lion King opposite Beyonce herself. 

The series has been, to this point, a clear highlight Glover’s career even though at this point clearly his masterpiece is “This is America” under the moniker Childish Gambino. Stay tuned for more updates on TV and streaming.
