Meet Neriah: From YouTuber to Touring With Madison Beer | You Me & Joe

Who is Neriah?
Meet Neriah, born Neriah Fisher, a California-based singer-songwriter whose journey from young vlogger to globally recognized artist has been nothing but extraordinary. She wrote her first song at the age of five, laying the groundwork for a musical career that has now spanned over 19 years, earning her a dedicated fanbase and steadily growing recognition in the industry.

Growing up between Los Angeles and Malibu, Neriah has always been passionate about expressing herself. As the daughter of two notable Hollywood personalities, television personality/actress Brooke Burke and ‘Extreme Makeover’ plastic surgeon Garth Fisher, Neriah inherited not only her parents’ talent but also their strong work ethic. Even during middle school, where she faced bullying for her vlogs, she continued to pursue her dream, graduating a year early from Loyola Marymount University with a degree in business.
While many artists find their first steps on stage, Neriah’s journey began on YouTube in front of a camera as a teenage vlogger, sharing snippets of her life, her interests in fashion, and covers of different songs. Her online presence grew steadily over the following ten years, and today she continues to engage her audience through her channel, now centered on her original music, studio experiences, and personal life updates.
The turning point in her career as an artist came when she performed on Zane Lowe’s World Record Show, which pushed her to release her single “Loner” in late 2020. She tackled the challenges of marketing and promotion by herself for an entire year before the pandemic started to slowly ease up. This experience empowered her to reshape her musical vision without having to compromise.

With over a million Spotify listeners and a string of sold-out shows, Neriah’s music has resonated with audiences around the world. She pours her soul into her compositions, tackling themes of love, heartbreak, and self-discovery. Hits like “Lego Blocks,” “Unfinished Business,” and “At Least I’m Good at It” showcase her ability to share her personal experiences and become vulnerable with her audience.
Neriah’s discography includes three EPs – “This Is How the World Made Me,” “How Do I Get Clean?,” and “No One Cries Forever,” as well as collaborations with Trevor Daniel and JC Stewart. However, it was her breakthrough album, “Cause of Death,” released in October 2023 – with the Deluxe version arriving a month later – that truly marked her arrival in the music scene. The album encapsulates what she describes as a journey through the ups and downs of a personal relationship.
