What the Latinos Behind Jungle Cruise Have to Say

Today is the day many of us have been anxiously waiting for! Jungle Cruise is simultaneously in theaters and on Disney+ with Premier Access. Yes, that means that unfortunately, even if you have Disney+ you have to pay extra)…but it will definitely be worth it!

The rockstars in this action-packed flick with Emily Blunt in an amazing adventure into the jungle are Latino stars Edgar Ramirez and Verónica Falcón.

The movie takes place in the Amazon with three Spanish characters who play the “conquistadors.” Director Jaume Collet-Serra said in an interview that, for him, authenticity was crucial, which is why we will hear different languages and accents. Authenticity wasn’t the only crucial thing —it’s also important for everyone to have a good time!

Actor Edgar Ramírez, who plays “Aguirre” stated that Collet-Serra, always made sure everyone was enjoying themselves on set. And I’m pretty sure the audience will enjoy watching it, too!
