Top 5 Bad Bunny News of the Week

It’s been a busy week for Bad Bunny, to say the least. He now has October 1st as his official day. L.A. City Councilmember Kevin de León honored the singer’s “immense cultural impact to the Latino community across the City of LA.” ‘Bad Bunny Day’ was declared during his concert in Los Angeles on Saturday.
El Conejo Malo has been the center of attention (even more this week). In case you missed a few of the top stories about everyone’s favorite Grammy winner, we’re giving you the rundown:
Closing the last concert of his World Tour with his third date in LA, the Puerto Rican star put the cherry on top by inviting La Diva, La Potra, Ivy Queen, who defended him via social media by saying no one should talk Sh*t about him.
“If there is something that I am not going to allow, it is that they talk to me about this gentleman who has done more than much in this urban genre for me. The respect with which he always treats me and the actions speak for themselves.
It is number one because that heart that is loaded is immense.” – Ivy queen via Instagram.
Cardi B also made an appearance for a star-studded night fans will remember por siempre!
To honor the City of LA’s greatest basketball player, Kobe Bryant, Benito invited his wife Vanessa Bryant to the concert where she got to listen first-hand to the song Bad Bunny wrote for him, “6 Rings.”
The week also started on fire for the “Titi me preguntó “ interpreter. The influencer and boxer Logan Paul defended himself after receiving backlash since he moved to Puerto Rico for not paying taxes. You’ll see him making a cameo in “El Apagón: Aquí vive gente.” Paul, characterized by his wars with celebrities, responded to Bad Bunny’s remarks, who did not pay them either and even called him a hypocrite.
And last, but not least, Deadline reports Mexican filmmaker Jonás Cuarón, son of Oscar winner Alfonso Cuarón, is the chosen name to direct ‘El Muerto,’ the first superhero movie led by a Latino. Among Cuarón’s filmography, his film Desert stands out, winner in 2015 of an award at the Toronto Film Festival and shortlisted for the Oscar Awards as best foreign language film.
