The Q Agenda Highlights Hispanic Executive Magazine’s Visibility Issue

When it comes to intersectionality, no one does it better than Latinos, and Latino LGBTQ executives are at the forefront of some of the most prominent projects out now. That’s why Hispanic Executive Magazine is making a mark with their trailblazing Visibility Issue. The inaugural Visibility Issue spotlights two underrepresented groups: Latino members of the LGBTQ+ and immigrant communities….
“The ‘visibility’ term means that we are everywhere. We are in the boardrooms, we can make decisions and stay relevant,” says Roman Navarrete, WarnerMedia’s Marketing Director of Equity and Inclusion, who was invited to be the guest editor of this first-ever print, and came to our set to tell us all about it.
(Fun fact) The Q Agenda had the honor of being included in Hispanic Executive Magazine’s Visibility Issue thanks to the bond created over the years with our very own Enrique Sapene!

On our latest episode of The Q Agenda, Roman shared how he hand-picked four of the LGBTQ+ community ambassadors, a good mix between entertainment, film, and marketing executives like Carmen Carrera, CC3 Entertainment Founder, Moises Zamora, co-showrunner, executive producer, and creator for Netflix’s Selena: The Series, Latinx filmmaker Armando Ibañez and Monica Trasandes, GLAAD’s Director of Spanish Language and Latinx Media Representation.
Also featured on The Visibility Issue is our own Executive co-director, Andres Palencia, who says “It’s kind of a fantasy dream moment of getting to have the dream job of my life,” about his role at LATV and the process of creating The Q Agenda, the only show of its kind. (We second that!)
