Being able to interview women from different walks of life with a great sense of humor, compassion, and conviction is just one of the many ways she pursues her purpose of providing the space and platform for women to celebrate themselves.

For Aliyah, being a Get it Girl host means more than accomplishing her own goals, it means being an authentic voice and figure to all girls watching. As former Miss Teen Fairfield, Aliyah has devoted over 1,000 hours to serving her community through volunteer opportunities. Bringing a vibrant and dynamic perspective to the table, Aliyah strives to empower all women to confidently pursue their dreams!

As a woman of color - Black, Puerto Rican, Italian, Irish & German - from a low-income upbringing, as well as the first person in her family to graduate from high school, college and then graduate school, Steph represents transcending the odds and exceeding expectations. Fiercely passionate, educated, and unapologetically empowered, Steph redefines what it means to be an "It Girl" by bringing a uniquely informed, multifaceted and feminist perspective to the table.
