Shades of Beauty is back with a whole new season hosted by Lornalitz Baez and Najah Elessie. 

Shades of beauty on LATV is a variety talk show that celebrates all shades all the time. The show addresses and de-bunks beauty industry standards and our hosts engage in meaningful and informative conversations around culture, beauty and fashion through the Afro-Latinx lens and lived experience.

MEET LORNALITZ

Lornalitz Baez is a recognized international Fashion Curve Model, Actress, Host, Advocate for diversity and Humanitarian. She has a Masters in business and graduated with Magna Cum Laude honors. She has established relationships and influence with top brands in the fashion and film industry for over 10 years.  While successfully working in Fashion and Film, she’s established herself as being a positive role model for all women and young girls. Traveling and appearing in many places, you can see her modeling for top brands such as; Nordstorm, Fabletics, Torrid, Savage X Fenty, JustFab, Macy’s, Target, Walmart, Slink Jeans, NYDJ, just to name a few. Lornalitz Baez is a busy woman, but on her down time she loves to give back to the less fortunate, this act of love is a personal endeavor for her.

MEET NAJAH ELESSIE 

With a background in Business and Marketing Najah has worked in the entertainment industry for over 20 years as a creative director and marketing rep for red carpet events and fashion shows all throughout Los Angeles. Growing up in a multicultural household Najah learned to embrace culture and fashion styles from all over the world. Her father Zambian and mother Dominican, Najah brings a fresh perspective to the Afro-Latina Diaspora. Her positive outlook on life and fun loving attitude in is what draws people in. She is currently an Entrepreneur in Orange County, founder of her own skincare line O’dara Exotic Skincare and hosting Mental Health events for her community.
