Rotten Tomatoes Celebrates Hispanic Heritage Month

Rotten Tomatoes celebrates Hispanic Heritage Month with new content honoring the best of Hispanic film and television, including a curated list of Hispanic-themed titles that are family-friendly, highlighting movies like Rio, Coco and the live-action Dora and the Lost City of Gold.
In addition, Hispanic/Latinx critics Rosa Parra, Kate Sanchez, Kristen Maldonado, Jose Solis, Juan Barquin, Lupe Rodriguez Haas and Carlos Aguilar discuss the films that changed their lives. Films discussed include The Book of Life, Stand and Deliver, The Three Caballeros, Spy Kids, Selena, Salt of the Earth, and Strawberry and Chocolate.
Rotten Tomatoes will also honor the careers of filmmakers Beatriz Michelena, Bill Melendez, Roberto Gavaldon, George A. Romero, Gregory Nava, Hype Williams, Lourdes Portillo, Patricia Cardoso, Ramon Menendez, and Robert Rodriguez.
