Rege-Jean Page Will Not be in Bridgerton Season 2

Netflix will no longer require the services of the Duke of Hastings ( Rege-Jean Page) on Bridgerton for season 2 of the show. Bridgerton Season 2 will focus on Lord Anthony Bridgerton (Jonathan Bailey) and his pursuit of a suitable bride. Fans of the show looking to see more of Rege-Jene’s captivating and titillating scenes will have to look elsewhere as the actor’s contract… and the storyline has expired after just one single season. While the storyline will continue to follow the books, the Bridgerton season 2 cast will have to change.

A definite breakout star of the series, even landing on SNL, Rege surely has some high-profile projects in the works.
