Amid the excitement over their romance, Nicki Nicole set social media on fire by talking about her desire to become a mother. During a live stream with her followers, a fan asked if she was pregnant. Her response was immediate:

Spanish journalist Roberto Antolín claimed that Lamine’s family ‘doesn’t look favorably’ on the couple’s exposure. “Nicki Nicole wants this to last a lifetime, but she’s mishandling some things. In Spain, people see her more as Lamine’s girlfriend than as an artist. She’s a nobody here,” the commentator pointed out.

According to Antolín, there might even be tensions between the player’s family and the singer: “There is no hope that Lamine’s family and Nicki Nicole will ever get along. They told Lamine, ‘Don’t bring her here, we don’t want to see her.'”
