New Amoeba Hollywood Location Announced

The record store and LA institution gets a new home.

Chances are if you’ve ever been out buying records in Los Angeles you’ve hit up the iconic Amoeba Music. Music lovers were disappointed to hear that the store’s Hollywood location on Sunset would be closing back in 2017 in order to be demolished and replaced with boujee condos.

Now those fans can rejoice as Amoeba finally released details on the store’s new whereabouts.

The new location is at 6200 Hollywood blvd, which is just half a mile or an 11 minute walk from the original store. Plus, there’s validated parking!
