Mexico has to utilise their forwards more, but doing so could be challenging given that Jimenz, their top striker, hasn’t played much football in recent months.

Prior to Saturday’s match, Lionel Scaloni will need to make a number of choices because Lionel Messi’s fitness is still in question. Romero and Otamendi at the back looked very unorganized and one of them could be replaced by Lisandro Martinez.

Raul Jiménez’s fitness and continue to worry Gerardo Martino as he has played only 45 minutes since August. He may decide to start Hirving Lozano as a false nine against Argentina. Rogelio Funes Mori might possibly be used up front, but seems it seems he will probably start the game on the bench.
