In our frantic world, taking a few minutes a day to meditate seems like an impossible task sometimes; however, the busier you are, the more potential you have to benefit from this practice. You can start with just 5 minutes a day, and little by little increase your session length.

That’s why LATV launched the #MentalHealthMondays series, to highlight the importance of healthy habits for your mind and body.

On our latest episode, we had Dr. Nikki Starr MD, a medical doctor turned holistic healer. She made this move after realizing that the foundations for a good health are not in the pills doctors prescribe you, but in your own hands – or better said, in your own mind.
