Lil Nas X Teases New Kanye West Produced ‘Industry Baby’ Single

Let’s call it a teaser clip to the new single by 22-year-old rapper Lil Nas X, because a clip just got uploaded to YouTube under the Lil Nas X account, and it seems like a preview to his new single entitled “Industry Baby” which is co-produced by Yeezy (Kanye West) and Take a Daytrip with a feature from Jack Harlow. 

In the clip, which is just over two minutes long, we see a court case play out over the “illegal” sneakers. True to his unapologetic style, Lil’ Nas X le vale madre and plays everyone from the jury foreman to the judge, and even his own lawyer. With the Industry Baby release date set for July 23rd, we can only assume we’ll see another video full of mischief and hopefully some more abrasively gay imagery to make mother mainstream clutch her pearls.

The MSCHF v NIKE Controversy

A company called MSCHF released a line of Nike Air Max sneakers they claimed had a drop of authentic human blood inside of the soles. They were not an official release, and became controversial within days of the announcement.

For the collectors, the shoes were flying off the online shelves. For others, they were an item of disgust. A Canadian woman was so disgusted that she actually reported the sneakers to her local police department in hopes of having them removed from sale. The President and CEO of MSCHF responded to his critics by saying that “the red color on the shoes was not blood, but rather a mixture of red pigment, food coloring and some other chemical compounds.”
