Hollywood Influencers Get Together to Help Children at the U.S. Mexican Border

Influence The World, a non-profit organization created by renowned celebrities and young influencers, lead by a diverse group of social media personalities across the border into the Los Laureles community of Tijuana to personally deliver educational materials, school supplies, children’s art supplies, books and other much needed essentials. The event took place on Saturday, December 11th.

The group that headed to TJ had the chance to build a computer lab for children at the border and LATV and The Q Agenda’s own Enrique Sapene were there to document the process.

”Influence The World is an all volunteer organization. We have no paid staff. Our team of young influencers brought their A game to listen and learn from the people of Los Laureles and the Mayors of San Diego, Imperial Beach, and Wildcoast. I hope this is the beginning of a new dialogue between our communities,” said Joe Addams, CFO/ Secretary & Treasurer of Influence The World

Stay tuned to watch the full recap of the event on a future TQA episode.

“Eureka! You’ve found it.  Support and influence from right in your backyard.  I’m excited to play dress-up on this town because everyone needs an upgrade maw-maw and support … and what’s better than an elephant-human hybrid queen because that’s what I decided to be.  And I’m bringing my friends along too.  We call them the herd.  Lol, but have you heard?  We are #influencetheworld” – Eureka O’Hara, star of HBO’s We’re Here and VH1’s RuPaul’s Drag Race.
