Ford Copita Alianza: Kicking Dreams Into High Gear
Ford Copita Alianza and Alianza de Fútbol have teamed up to turn Hispanic youth soccer dreams into reality! This summer, the United States’ Premier Hispanic Soccer Program is bringing the fun, the flair, and the fierce competition to eight major U.S. cities. It’s all about more than just scoring goals; it’s about scoring big in life!
Every. Kick. Counts. No one understands this better than the MVP moms who redefine what it means to be a soccer mom everyday through their devotion to their children’s dreams. Just like these incredible moms, Ford is devoted to paving the way for future soccer talents in the Hispanic community. Through Ford Copita Alianza, the largest grassroots Hispanic youth soccer tournament in the country, and the education-driven “Que Golazo de Grants” Ford is helping student athletes reach their potential, on and off the field.

What is Qué Golazo de Grants?
Here’s the scoop! Each year, Ford awards grants to ten standout students and tournament participants who demonstrate how soccer has helped them grow. The prize includes $5,000 cash and a golden ticket to Access U, which provides access to education to students whose visibility to elite colleges were limited by educational, financial and social barriers.
ACCESS U was established in 2016 to address these challenges, driven by the belief that every young soccer player deserves an equal opportunity to thrive in education, career, and life. It’s all about supporting students in their journey from soccer fields to college campuses.
The Ford Copita Alianza isn’t just about soccer; it’s about lifting each other up. And with the Ford Qué Golazo de Grants program, the excitement doesn’t stop at the final whistle. This program is all about helping young soccer stars and their families reach for the stars. When athletes fulfill their potential on the pitch, they succeed in education, in work, and in life. How to Score a Grant
From June 15 to September 8, 2024, across eight major U.S. cities, this tournament continues to make an impact. Grassroots in approach, and expansive in network, Alianza de Fútbol and the Ford Copita Alianza unite the best athletes from various age groups in pursuit of a common dream. To someday play football at the professional level.
