Before we get into it it’s important to say these are not the kind of oils like the seed oils that make up the hateful 8 oils, those are different and slightly more “controversial” oils.

These preparations facilitate the transmutation of our energies and balance to a multidimensional level, producing changes and raising our vibrations.

We’ve tried a few basic combinations using essential oils like sage, ylang ylang, bergamot, pine, lavender, and some more natural ingredients necessary for some major angelic invocation and that will change the way you think about relaxation forever. The details are up to you!

Bath # 1  

-White roses

-Dry laurel

-10 drops of ylang ylang

-2 cups of epsom salt

– White and red roses

-Fresh basil

-Laurel leaves

-Fresh rosemary

-Lemons

-Epsom salt

-Cinnamon

-Brown sugar

-Lettuce

Bath #3

-2 sliced lemons 

-5 sprigs of rosemary

-5 drops of bergamot oil

-2 cups of epsom salt

It may seem like a lot for a 20-minute bath, but if you combine them with meditation, a book, or your favorite relaxing music playlist, you’ll find that taking the time to do this for you will change your headspace and relaxation routines forever.
