Eslabon Armado Takes Over LA and Announces Partnership with Interscope Records
Record-breaking Música Mexicana trio Eslabon Armado is set to electrify Los Angeles with a special performance at the iconic Peacock Theater on Saturday, July 19. As part of their highly anticipated “Vibras de Noche Tour,” the group will bring their chart-topping sound to life in what promises to be an unforgettable night.
Following the massive success of their latest album, Vibras de Noche II, which debuted at No. 1 on Apple Music’s US Latin chart and ranked high on Spotify’s global debut charts, Eslabon Armado continues to dominate the Latin music scene. The album, recently listed among Billboard’s “Best Albums of 2025 (So Far),” features the hit single “Esa Noche” ft. Macario Martinez, which also made Billboard’s list of top songs for the year.
And just ahead of their LA show, the trio announced a major career move: a new partnership with Interscope Records. The label praised Pedro Tovar’s creative vision and the group’s cultural impact, marking the deal as a powerful step into their next chapter. Interscope execs Manny Prado and Jose Cedeño highlighted their excitement to support the group’s growth, while Armado Records, co-led by Pedro and Nelida Oceguera, was represented in the agreement by Christopher Navarro of Singh, Singh & Trauben LLP. With this new alliance, Eslabón Armado is poised to take their already sky-high trajectory even further, reaffirming their role as pioneers of Música Mexicana’s future.

Originally formed in 2017 by brothers Pedro and Brian Tovar in Patterson, California, Eslabon Armado redefined sierreño music with a modern twist. Their emotional storytelling, melodic guitars, and youthful spirit caught fire on social media, quickly amassing a loyal fanbase. Today, the lineup features Pedro Tovar, Brian Tovar, and Damián Pacheco, a trio that continues to expand the horizons of Regional Mexican music.
The group shot to global stardom with their groundbreaking single “Ella Baila Sola” featuring Peso Pluma, marking the first time a Música Mexicana track broke into the Top 10 of Billboard’s Hot 100 chart. This milestone not only boosted Eslabon Armado’s profile but also paved the way for a new era of the genre worldwide.
Their achievements are quite impressive. Earning the title of Billboard’s Top Latin Albums Artist of the Year and winning Collaboration of the Year from Variety Hitmakers, the group has consistently received accolades from the industry. Notably, they earned Latin GRAMMY® nominations for Song of the Year and Best Regional Song, marking a first for their genre.
Beyond their commercial success, Eslabon Armado has played a pivotal role in changing the way Música Mexicana is perceived.
