DMX Finished New Album Before his Death

The late rapper DMX left us with some real bangers before passing and now we’re learning that we might have more music coming. Apparently, before his passing from a heart attack, DMX had completed what is described by those close to him as one of his best albums. 

The new album was supposed to mark his long-awaited comeback and includes features from Snoop Dogg, Lil, Wayne, Usher and Alicia Keys. Over the last year or so DMX had started to raise his public profile and even did a VERZUZ battle with Snoop Dogg. All roads seemed to point at a comeback, or at the very least a little taste of redemption for DMX. 

According to reports coming out from DMX’s manager Craig Brodhead and Ruff Ryders co-founder Darrin “Dee” Dean, the album was completed in Nashville. No word yet on any release date for the new DMX album, but it will be one to remember.
