The message, translated as “My parents left everything so that we could have everything. Today, they are also nominated for the Latin Grammy,” captures the heart of DannyLux’s journey as the son of Mexican immigrants who came to the U.S. chasing a better future.

“Everything I am, I owe to them,” the 20-year-old artist said in a statement. “This nomination isn’t just mine, it’s theirs too. They sacrificed everything so I could dream freely.”
The Leyenda album, released in May under VPS Music/Warner Music Latina, features standout tracks like “Sirena,” “Ya No Estás,” and “Cielo Eterno” featuring Jasiel Nuñez.
