Front Row at Bésame Mucho Festival

Front Row at Bésame Mucho Festival

Last Saturday December 3rd, Besame Mucho Fest turned Dodger stadium’s parking lot into a massive live jukebox for a day.

Going from one stage to another felt like time traveling while listening to a 90’s latin mixtape, a mix that appeared to have been curated by every member in your familia, that would explain the multi-generational attendance, diversity and inclusion seen across the festival grounds.

Music unites people, and the lineup at Besame Mucho did exactly that, not only did it blur the lines of rockero, cumbia, banda and pop genres, but it sorta synced them up into a unisong that made folks of all styles dance and sing their hearts out at the same time.

And although there were some sound hiccups due to the proximity of the stages, the organizers deserve a big thumbs up for orchestrating such a massive inclusive event, and hope that Besame is back next time with longer sets.
