Becky G Honors Immigrants and Abuelitos at AMA’s.

Becky G accepts her AMA’s win by dedicating the award to her immigrant parents, students and her abuelitos in her speech. At the American Music Awards, Becky G won the award for Favorite Female Artist and gave a brilliant speech celebrating her Mexican and immigrant heritage. She told fans she “Proudly waves both flags Mexican and American.” She went on to dedicate the award to immigrant parents, students, and of course her abuelitos.
