Front-Row Aventura Concert Pictures and Fast Facts To Make You An Automatic Fan

Whether you were out flexing on the streets when Aventura was still together or you caught on after, it is without a doubt that Aventura is the type of music to make you fall in love with a partner that doesn’t even exist! That is why my preteen self was so excited to finally watch them perform during their Reunion Tour at the Dodgers Stadium in Los Angeles and I once again fell in love with a nonexistent lover. (P.S. I’ll be posting pictures of the concert throughout the article as LATV got a front-row seat).
We can all agree that the term “fusion” has become the most popular way of describing today’s music scene as artists seek new directions and try to find ways to individualize themselves. Doing this since the early two thousand’s, however, Aventura almost prophetically put themselves at the top of the ranks, being not only the first major Bachata group to originate from outside of the DR, but being the first ones to create a “fusion” of this sound with influences of the American culture such as R&B, rap, and also reggaeton.
Raised in the Bronx, brothers Lenny and Max Santos teamed up with cousins Romeo and Henry Santos to modernize Bachata and make it identifiable to American youth. You already know this is what was bopping at the clubs back then!
Which, side note, the group could have just been called “Los Santos” because they all have the same last name but are not all related. I mean Romeo Santos is basically a gorgeous angel, but that’s beside the point.
If you don’t know, now you know: These are your quick Aventura fun facts to help you jump on the bandwagon now that they’re back on their Reunion tour!
