Watch the Atlanta Season 3 Trailer

The Atlanta Season 3 trailer has just dropped on youtube and we’ll be overseas it looks like for the most anticipated new season of a show since Selena: The Series Part 2. Having previously released a weird and ominous teaser for Atlanta Season 3 we’re finally treated to a full trailer of the third season of Atlanta, only it offers little as far as plot clues except for the fact that this season with be just as Atlanta-ish as the previous two.
In the Atlanta Season 3 cast are Donald Glover as Earn, Brian Tyree Henry as Paper Boi, LaKeith Stanfield as Darius and Zazie Beetz as Van. While Lakeith and Zazie have blown up as stars in some of the biggest streaming movies of 2021, we can’t wait to see how their performances evolve on the show that made them famous.
The trailer gives us a sneak peek at the eurotrip Paper Boi and Earn were heading off to in the season finale of Atlanta Season 2 and according to the montages withing the Atlanta Season 3 trailer, the new season will be just as trippy, ethereal and surreal as the other seasons. One scene even shows people in what looks like dog suits eating at a restaurant.
The series, which has proven to be Donald Glover’s seminal work to date might even change the world. In the trailer there’s a fancy european press conference where the speaker promises to end racism by the year 2024.
According to reports most of the season was filmed on location in Europe which could provide the perfect opportunity to see Donald Glover’s perspective on how the outside world views hip hop and American Black culture as well as how the rapper / creator himself views european culture.
