Ecuadorian Prodigy Child Goes Viral for Speaking Four Languages

The coastal region of Ecuador is in the spotlight now as a six-year-old girl has gone viral after being recorded in a video that shows her enormous capacity to speak four languages. She’s being considered the new Latina prodigy child. A mother and her daughter were pumping gas at a Portoviejo gas station, when they saw a girl who was selling candy. To their surprise, came up to them to offer her goods but spoke fluent French. The person who recorded the viral video claims to have been born in France.

But the conversation did not stop at French, as the girl herself said that she can also speak Russian and Italian. The minor says in the video that her name is Andrea and that she dreams of becoming a veterinarian because she likes animals.

Andrea’s parents work in a circus that is why they have traveled to several countries, according to the girl. In those countries, she cuts out fragments of the newspapers and this is how she has come to learn three languages.

Once inquired about her language skills, Andrea also commented that she wants to save money to buy a house for her parents and that her friends can visit her.

The Vistazo Newspaper spoke with personnel from the gas station where the meeting took place, they confirmed that the girl was at the place selling candy and that she is part of a Portoviejo circus.
