With a staggering 98% Rotten Tomatoes, ‘Shang Chi’ is the new Marvel film taking everyone by surprise.

“Shang Chi” is a superhero saga full of some eye dazzling martial arts sequences, featuring Shaun (Simu Liu), a San Francisco valet-parker who is secretly Shang-Chi, the son of the master criminal Xu Wenwu (Tony Leung) who is using the power of the mystical ten rings to bring prosperity to his empire although not managing to save Shaun’s mother from his tenacious enemies.

It is the first Western superhero blockbuster with a near-all Asian cast, signaling that minorities in Hollywood, aren’t really minorities anymore. We got to talk to Simu Liu about representation and other things. Check this exclusive clip here:
