About

Built by Latinos.
For Everyone.

What Makes LatiNation Different Starts With Its Founders

LatiNation was built by creators, not executives, and that’s what sets it apart. Co-founders Bruno Seros-Ulloa and Andrés Valencia met as interns at LATV over 15 years ago and have been shaping culture from the inside ever since. With backgrounds as producers, writers, and performers, they came from behind the camera, and that creative foundation defines everything LatiNation does. Their experience as bicultural Latinos fuels a media company that speaks authentically to English-dominant and bilingual audiences. Under their leadership, LatiNation has become more than a media brand.
It is a cultural force, bold, inclusive, and built to connect a new generation of Latinos.

Andrés Palencia is one of the most compelling new voices shaping the future of television and digital media. As the millennial Latino Co-Founder and CEO of LatiNation Media—a multiplatform, culture-first media company—Andrés is driving a new narrative in the industry, where identity, innovation, and audience connection take center stage.

A former network creative executive turned founder, Andrés fuses storytelling with strategy to lead one of the fastest-growing challenger brands in multicultural media. Focused on the 18-34 bilingual Latino generation, he has built a dynamic content engine and digital ad network that not only reflects the culture, it defines it. Under his leadership, LatiNation Media has achieved double-digit revenue growth, launched over 100 brand partnerships, and expanded across broadcast, AVOD, and influencer platforms.

Through brands like the LATV linear network, LatiNation app, and FAST/AVOD channels, and the #1 digital ad sales network used by competitors and colleagues, Palencia has helped shape and drive a new media ecosystem for bilingual content. LatiNation leans into its Culture, Roots, Latina, and Queer content verticals, with audience-driven series like Chiquis’ “Foodie on the Go,” Red Bull Batalla, and award-winning original series, including the GLAAD recipient “The Q Agenda” and the Telly recipient election special “Stop the Dis(Information).” Andrés is reshaping the face, voice, and direction of Latino representation in media. He is a forward-thinking executive who views culture not as a trend, but as a strategic imperative and approach—building a new playbook for what modern media leadership looks like.

We Are LatiNation

LatiNation is a media company built by and for the new Latino mainstream. We create unapologetically authentic content that reflects the voices, identities, and passions of English-speaking and bilingual Latinos shaping culture today. Our audience doesn’t want labels or translations. They want to be seen, heard, and understood. That’s why we build content for Gen Z, Millennials, and creators who live the culture and bring it to life every day.

Our team reflects the identities we elevate on screen, including Afro-Latino, LGBTQ+, empowered Latina, and first-generation experiences.

From Foodie on the Go with Chiquis to Latinidad and The Q Agenda, our programming is rooted in real representation, not tokenism.

A Platform That Delivers

We are not just a network. We are a 360-degree media ecosystem built to drive cultural impact.

We partner with brands like Red Bull, The Shade Room, Hola! US, and Entravision to bring cross-cultural storytelling to life.
