But first – let’s make sure your body is prepared with this quick yet challenging 5 minute ab workout.

This routine can be done anywhere, without equipment, and is great for building core strength – not to mention the many mental health benefits that result from exercise. - Crunches with Hands Over Head
- 10 reps
- Alternating Toe Touches
- 10 reps each side
- Overhead Crunches with a Toe Touch
- 10 reps each side
- Russian Twists
- 8 reps each side
- Crab Walks
- 10 reps each side
- Floating Crunch
- 15 reps
- Kneeling Toe Touches
- 10 reps each side
- Shoulder touches while planking
- 8 reps each side
- Downward dog plank thrusts
- 10 reps
