2026 NBA All-Star Weekend is Coming to Los Angeles

The NBA All-Star game is returning to Los Angeles in 2026. Last week, the National Basketball Association made the announcement. The 75th edition of the NBA All-Star game will take place at the Intuit Dome in Inglewood. It will be the brand-new home of the Los Angeles Clippers.
The game is already scheduled to occur on Feb. 15, 2026. Los Angeles will hold the record for hosting the most All-Star games with seven. The game occurs in the middle of the season when all 30 NBA teams are given a five-day break.
Intuit Dome, is expected to open this year in August. The dome will not only be used as a basketball arena but will be multipurpose. The dome “Intuit Dome will deliver innovative technology-enabled fan experiences, and will become a hub for powering economic prosperity and benefits to the surrounding communities.according to intuit.com
The All-Star game won’t be the only attraction for the week. As the Los Angeles Clippers, Los Angeles Sports & Entertainment Commission is bringing a week full of events.
Tipping off the weekend will be the NBA Rising Stars. A showcase of the top rookies and second-year players who are the future of NBA on Feb, 13. The following day on Saturday, Feb. 14 will be State Farm All-Star Saturday Night. This night will feature the Kia Skills Challenge, the Starry 3-Point Challenge, and AT&T Slam Dunk Challenge. The All-Star game will be the final event on Sunday, Feb. 15.
All-Star week isn’t just for the players and coaches. The NBA will host events for the fans to participate in. Several venues in Los Angeles and Inglewood will have NBA All-Star Practice presented by AT&T, the Ruffles NBA All-Star Celebrity Fame, and an NBA All-Star fan fest. This event will give fans a chance to interact with their favorite players, coaches, and Legends. Kia Forum and the Los Angeles Convention Center will be hosting the festivities.
NBA Cares will have a place during the all-star week. What NBA Cares is “the league’s global social responsibility program that builds on the NBA’s mission of addressing important social issues around the world.” according to cares.nba.com. The 2026 events will celebrate the league’s commitment to social responsibility. Teaming up with schools, and local and nonprofit organizations, the league will help thousands of families in Los Angeles and Inglewood.
